
Sometimes we would like to have different salads along with something light for dinner whether it is green salad with different salad leaves with iceberg lettuce or the simple tomato,onion,cucumber, carrot salad or which we call the( kachumbar salad )also have stir fried in very less oil some healthy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots,beans, peas etc, we also love to have the semi boiled vegetables with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper, and once in a while the avocado salad which is very simple, healthy and also nutritious and tasty.
Avocado Salad
Ingredients:Avocados -2
Big onion - 1
Tomato - 1 big
Green Chillies - 3-4
Coriander leaves
Salt as required
Lemon - 2 small
Method:Peel off the skin of the avocado and mash into a pulp.
Cut onion, tomato,green chiilies into small pieces and mix with the pulp nicely.
Now add a pinch of salt and cut coriander leaves into small pieces and add.
Cut the lemons and squeeze into the mixture to enhance the flavour of the salad.
Mix everything nicely.
The avocado salad is ready to be eaten.
This mixture can be used as a dip or a spread.
As spreads for breads or baggeutes.
As a good dip for nacho chips.
