Health Benefits of Pomogrenate

I am an ardent fan of this wonderful fruit pomogrenate. This is the only fruit I love to have any time of the day. Though its a bit of a headache removing the skin and scooping out its seed. Its a bit of time of time consuming but worth all your efforts. I love to munch the seeds and also have it in juice form.I prefer it to be sweet and not sour. This is a very tasty as well as a healthy fruit which can be consumed by anybody irrespective of whatever they suffer from.It is a very safe fruit.
The important health benifits of pomogrenate consumption are

1.Pomogrenate contains higher level of antioxidants which are effective in fighting diseases.

2.Pomogrenate helps to keep the skin clear and glowing.

3.Pomogrenate is an antiinflammatory agent to protect against painful arithritis.

4.Pomogrenate juice helps to reduce cholestrol.

5. The pomogrenate juice if taken regularly protects against all types of cancers.

6.Pomogrenate helps in the prevention of Alziemers disease.

7.pomogrenate juice helps to remove intestinal worms in children.

8.Eating pomogrenate often reduces blood vessel damage.

  3. Good writing and yep it is very healthy, I still remember how babdly I wanted to have one when I was pregnant with my second child and unfortunately I got only the juice at where I stay but happy atleat to that.

  15. It helps in the process of increasing blood, especially for women..... as they tend to lose it, I guess..so.. I heard it long back for my Maa in-law, & I do not remember exactly, now.... So I guess something that it helps in the process...

  23. One of the most beautiful fruits ever. How lucky for us that it is so healthy, too. I like the seeds a little on the sweeter side, as well, but am happy enough to find the fresh fruits in markets since they aren't available here all year.
