Ingredients:
Potato -2 nos
Capsicum - 2 nos
Carrot - 2 nos
Cauliflower - few florets
Fresh peas (muttar) -200gms
Big onion - 1
Tomato - 1 Big
Lemon small- 2
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Cut all the vegetables and steam cook in the microwave oven or as you wish and then after it is cooked, just grind the vegetables in the wet grinder.
Now remove the vegetable paste from the grinder.
Take a kadai season with pour some oil and season with jeera and cut onions and tomatos into small bits and stir fry in the oil. (Alternatively you can grind the onion and tomato with 2-3 green chillies) and add in the seasoning and stir fry.
After the onion and tomato is stir fried nicely add the vegetable paste and mix nicely.
Now add salt, haldi powder (turmeric) pav bhaji masala which you get in the grocery shops and mix nicely and cook.
After the mixture is cooked , remove from fire and garnish with coriander leaves and top the mixture with onions cut into small pieces.
Now squeeze 2 lemons and mix nicely.
The Bhaji is now ready to be had with Pav or bun which is to be toasted and had with the bhaji.
The onion toppings can be cut into fine smaller pieces since mine is a little bigger pieces.
yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
