Kachumber (Salad)


Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Cucumber - 1 small
Green Chilly - 1
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lemon - 2 small
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash, scrape and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
Add the salt,squeeze the lemon juice.
Add the cut green chilly.
Garnish with cut pieces of coriander leaves.
Mix everything nicely.
Chill and serve.
