Red Spinach - 1 bunch
Hing - a pinch
Salt as required
Jeera - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Ghee for seasoning
Cut the red spinach into small pieces.
Wash the cut spinach nicely.
Take a kadai and put the cut spinach with salt and hing.
Let the spinach cook nicely.
After the spinach is cooked remove from fire.
Take a kadai put 1 tsp ghee and season with jeera and urad dal and put it on the cooked spinach.
Now the spinach is ready to be had with hot plain rice and a few dollops of ghee.
