Mulangi/ Mooli/ White Radish raitha/Curd pachadi





















Ingredients:


Mooli (radish) - 1 long


Curd - 1 cup


Ginger - 1 small piece grated


Green chillies - 2


Fresh grated coconut - 1/2 tblsp


Salt as required


Coriander leaves for garnish


Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp for seasonong.


Method:


Take 1 long mooli (radish) and scrape the skin and grate into fine pieces along with 2 green chillies in a grater.


Put the grated radish in a bowl and add curd and mix nicely.


Add grated ginger and mix nicely.


Add fresh grated coconut and mix nicely.


Add salt as required and mix nicely.


Garnish with coriander leaves.


Season in a kadai with little oil 1/2 tsp mustard and pour on the raitha.


The mooli (radish) raitha is ready to be had with parathas,rotis, or even any pulao or sambar rice.
