Ingredients:
Cabbage( patha gobhi) - 1 small
Methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) - 1 small bunch
Green chillies - 2-3
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
haldi powder - a pinch
Salt as required
Oil
Fresh grated coconut.
Method:
Cut the Cabbage leaves into small strips and wash nicely.
Wash the methi leaves and cut into small pieces.
Take a kadai pour oil and season with mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and slit green chillies.
Now put the cut Cabbage and Methi leaves pieces and stir nicely.
Add haldi powder and salt and mix nicely and cook.
After the curry is cooked nicely remove from fire.
You can now garnish the curry with grated fresh coconut to make it tastier.
Now put the curry into a serving bowl.
The Cabbage Methi leaves curry is hot and ready to be had either with chappathis or any rice of your choice.
This combo is very yum yum and blends very well.

nicely combined leafy vegetables dry curry. There is a slight sweetness to the cabbage and the fenugreek's bitterness will be compensated with that.
