Ginger (inji / adrak) - 1 big piece
Lemon - 2 small
Salt as required.
Peel the skin of the ginger and wash nicely.
Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Put the ginger pieces in a glass bowl.
Add salt to the ginger pieces and mix nicely.
Now squeeze the juice of 2 small lemons and mix nicely.
