KoKi Paratha


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3 cups

Big Onion - 1

Ghee -3 Tblsps

Curd - 2 cups

Green chillies - 3-4

Coriander leaves -few
Salt.

Method:

Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt.

Now cut the onion into small pieces and stir fry in a little oil.

Mix the onion into the wheat flour.

Cut green chillies into small pieces and mix into the flour

Add cut coriander leaves and mix in the flour.

Now when you have added all the ingredients, pour curd little by little and also ghee litle by little and start kneading into a dough.

Do not make the dough with water but only with curd.

Now after the dough is ready,take a little big size ball of dough and roll it into a paratha on a tawa by adding either ghee or oil.

pour the oil around the paratha and cook and the turn the other side and pour oil and cook.

After the paratha is ready, serve hot with plain curd or any pickle of your choice.

  10. The prep is known but not the name.... Very unusual name that is.... But yes that is a very simple & easy to prepare within no time prep... My husband says he loved it a lot as a kid, soon after school.... I have not tried it till date.... but looking at this pic will.... ASAP!!!!
