Ingredients:
Red tomatoes - 7-8
Red chilly powder - 6 tsps
Haldi powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Oil
Mustard seeds - 1 tblsp
Method:
Wash the tomatoes nicely and put them in a blender and grind them nicely.
Take a kadai and dry roast the methi seeds and powder finely and keep aside.
Pour oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and hing.
After the mustard seeds splutter, add the ground tomato and add more oil to nicely stir fry the paste.
Add salt, red chilly powder, haldi powder and methi seeds powder and mix nicely.

When the pickle becomes a little cool you can put in a bottle and keep it.
You can have this tomato thokku with dosa, adai, upma, plain rice with ghee and last but not the least with Curd rice as a side dish when you will be floating in heaven.
