Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 2
Fresh grated coconut
Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
Hing - a pinch
Dry red chillies - 5-6
Salt as required
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp (for seasoning)
Curry leaves - few (for seasoning)
Cut onion into small slices, tomato into small pieces and keep aside.
Take a kadai put 1 tsp oil in it and put the chooped onions, tomatoes and dry red chillies and roast.
Take a mixer grinder and put the onion tomato,dry red chillies, fresh grated coconut,tamarind and salt and grind to chutney.
Take a kadai and season with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Now the Onion /Tomato / Coconut chutney is ready.
