Wheat flour - 1 big hollow spoon (Periya kuzhi Karandi)
Besan flour - 1 big hollow spoon.
Rice flour - 1 big hollow spoon
Sour curd or sour buttermilk - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 ( cut into small pieces)
Coriander leaves -
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Take a wide bowl and add all the 3 flours.
Add sufficient sour curd or buttermilk on the flours and mix nicely.
You can also add some water to dilute the batter to dosa batter consistency.
Add salt, hing, cut onion pieces and coriander leaves and mix nicely in the batter.
Now the batter is ready.
Take a dosa pan and grease it nicely.
Now pour one to two big hollow spoons of the batter and spread it in a circular motion.
When the dosa is cooked flip it on the other side and cook.
Remove the dosa from the pan and put it on a plate.
The 3 flours dosa is ready to be had with any chutney or sambar of your choice.
